The projected passenger turnover for the terminal is 50 thousand passengers per year. The terminal is situated on the south-west side of the straight.
The projected terminal is located on a newly created territory with the total area of 4.23 hectares. The pier is projected as a reinforced concrete construction on bridge supports.
The complex includes:
- Pier №1 with length of 80 meters and width of 15 meters;
- Pier №2 with length of 80 meters and width of 15 meters;
- Pier №3 with length of 40 meters and width of 7.5 meters;
- The marine station with customs with the total area of 2100 square meters;
- The office building with the total area of 650 square meters;
- The hotel with the shopping mall and restaurant — 10000 square meters.
